It’s been almost 1 year since the young Hip-Hop artist passed away. But the world has not forgotten him or his music. Just recently XXX record “SAD” reached over 1 billion streams. “SAD” is only the 32nd song on Spotify to ever generate over 1 billion streams. XXXTentacion was very young. At 20 years old he was gunned down and had his life taken away. With such a promising future making music, it’s SAD to see him reach this many people and not be here to
witness it.
I believe the young rapper always had a strong core following and dedicated fan base. I think since his passing, it has elevated his streams and YouTube plays. Do to people just finding out who he was and waiting until after he dies to show their support.
